Recruitment position:ADC Head (Director/Manager/Senior Manager)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of purification processes for assigned projects, completing project documentation, and reporting on the progress of project development.
2. Analyze downstream purification experimental data, solve problems encountered during protein purification, collect and organize literature, design corresponding experimental protocols and optimize process conditions as needed.
3. Assist leadership in breaking down project tasks and ensure that projects are completed according to the timeline.
4. Responsible for process scale-up and transfer for assigned projects, ensuring stable scale-up and smooth transfer, and effectively implementing transfer platforms and transfer documents to ensure successful production.
5. Familiar with the characteristics of protein chromatography systems and resins, capable of conducting Design of Experiments (DoE) to improve experimental efficiency and results.
6. Assist senior management in improving downstream processes and platform construction.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. A Master’s degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biopharmaceuticals, or related fields, or a Bachelor’s degree with more than three years of relevant experience. Candidates with extensive purification experience or project management experience are preferred.
2. Proficient in protein purification techniques and the use of related equipment, such as membrane filtration equipment, centrifuge, and protein purification systems. Expertise in protein purification techniques, including ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, affinity chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, and multimodal chromatography.
3. Experience in process development and a thorough understanding of protein chromatography purification principles. Skilled in the use of analytical software and capable of independently designing experiments and analyzing results.
4. Extensive problem-solving skills and experience to ensure the timely and effective completion of project development.
5. Excellent research and development capabilities, a strong team spirit, and good communication skills. Ability to handle work pressure, high initiative, strong execution ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Good oral and written English skills, capable of writing the English portions of documents and dossiers.
7. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
