Recruitment Position:Purification Production Supervisor/Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for executing pilot-scale purification production to ensure timely and high-quality completion. Participate in the development and implementation of process transfer plans to ensure smooth transition and production of new processes.
2. Ensure that production operations comply with the company's quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with process development and quality departments to ensure the smooth implementation of technology transfer and scale-up.
3. Train and mentor the production team to enhance their technical capabilities and work efficiency. Draft initial versions of relevant documents in English, including process transfer reports and production schedules.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Biopharmaceuticals, Biochemistry, or a related field, with relevant work experience.
2. Familiarity with biopharmaceutical production processes, particularly protein purification and pilot-scale process production transfer and scale-up. Proficiency in operating major equipment used in pilot-scale purification production and expertise in mainstream protein purification methods and principles. Commercialization experience is preferred.
3. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in positions related to purification production or process transfer.
4. Familiar with relevant regulations and quality management systems in the biopharmaceutical industry, such as cGMP and ICH.
5. Possess extensive problem-solving experience and skills to quickly identify and resolve technical and operational issues during production.
6. Able to effectively plan and execute of process transfer projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project goals.
7. Good oral English communication skills for daily interactions and the ability to draft initial versions of documents in English.
8. Possess strong problem-solving and stress management skills, with the ability to handle challenges and changes in the workplace.
