The data pertains to the combination of ONC-392 with pembrolizumab for the treatment of advanced metastatic cancers. ONC-392 is a next-generation anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody designed to preserve the immune tolerance checkpoint function of CTLA-4. It is being evaluated as monotherapy or in combination with anti-PD-(L)1 therapies for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
