Recruitment Position:Analytical Methods Development Supervisor/Manager
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of analytical methods for antibody-based drugs.
2. Draft validation protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other relevant documents.
3. Participate in deviation investigations related to projects, implement changes, and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher in Cell Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in the development of analytical methods for antibodies and Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs).
3. Experience in GMP environments is preferred.
4. Strong skills in searching and retrieving scientific literature from both domestic and international sources.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. English proficiency at the CET-4 level or higher, with strong reading and writing skills. Good oral communication skills in English are preferred.
